The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SmartSale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a license to: • Store and process your data • Analyze patterns and trends • Generate insights and recommendations • Improve our services

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription. Refund Policy: • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans • No refunds for monthly plans • Service continues until the end of the billing period Payment Processing: • Secure payment processing through authorized providers • Automatic renewal unless cancelled • Price changes with 30 days notice

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the service will immediately cease • You may request export of your data within 30 days • We will retain your data as required by law • All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive
